TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and payment information. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, reverse engineered, scraped, or used through automated scripts.

During the Founding 50 campaign, Iconic Conversations is $29 per month and The Calling is $79 per month. After the campaign, current standard rates are $49 and $129 per month respectively. Annual founding rates are $290 and $790; annual standard rates are $490 and $1,290. Annual plans provide the equivalent of two months without additional charge. The price and billing cadence shown at checkout control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel through Manage Membership in The Calling. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally remains effective through the paid billing period. Losing, deleting, or not using an account does not itself cancel billing.

Founding pricing remains protected while the qualifying subscription stays continuously active. A canceled member who returns enrolls at the then-current price. Founding positions are limited to the first 50 confirmed paid subscriptions across both plans.

Accounts activated with a personally issued complimentary code are Legacy Full Access accounts. Legacy access includes current and future platform expansions, remains personal and non-transferable, and may be suspended for fraud, sharing, harassment, unlawful use, or material abuse.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact info@acekyng.com promptly about duplicate charges or billing errors. We may grant exceptions at our discretion without creating an obligation to do so in another case.

Access requires an active subscription or authorized complimentary code. ARIS usage and file storage are subject to reasonable fair-use, rate, file-size, and storage limits designed to preserve performance and prevent abuse. Complimentary codes may be limited, suspended, or revoked if misused.

The Calling supports executive development, reflection, communication, and strategic thinking. It does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, employment, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, uploads, and outcomes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AK Consulting Group and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, and return that content to operate The Calling. Do not upload material you lack permission to use or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for your purpose.

ARIS uses artificial intelligence and can misunderstand context or produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. Additional details appear in the AI Disclosure.

We may maintain, update, add, remove, or modify features and reasonable usage limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or account email when reasonably practicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, harassment, account sharing, automated abuse, or material breach. Subscription cancellation or expiration revokes app access while account data remains subject to the Privacy Notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Calling is provided “as is” and AK Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
