PRIVACY NOTICE

We collect account details, subscription and billing status, profile and onboarding responses, journal and evidence entries, uploaded files, ARIS conversations, usage measurements, device/browser signals, and support communications. Stripe processes full payment credentials; The Calling does not store complete card numbers.

Information is used to authenticate members, deliver and personalize The Calling, process memberships, synchronize work across devices, generate requested ARIS responses, enforce limits, protect security, troubleshoot errors, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the product, including Stripe for billing, Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Netlify for hosting, and OpenAI for requested AI processing. Providers process data under their own terms and security commitments.

Content sent to ARIS is transmitted to the configured AI service to generate the response you request. AK Consulting Group does not sell journal content or intentionally use private entries to train a public model. Do not submit unnecessary Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, medical records, passwords, trade secrets, or another person’s confidential information.

Saved files and journal content remain available while your account is maintained. Canceling a subscription revokes product access but does not automatically erase the account, allowing billing resolution or reactivation. You may request deletion by emailing info@acekyng.com. Deleted content is removed from active systems as operationally practicable; limited copies may persist temporarily in security logs or backups before routine expiration. Billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained as required.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with operating service providers, professional advisors under confidentiality, law enforcement or regulators when legally required, or a successor in a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We use account authentication, private database and storage rules, signed file access, server-side secrets, usage controls, and monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Members must protect passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You may update profile information, download available records, cancel billing, delete individual journal files, or request account access/correction/deletion by contacting info@acekyng.com. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

The Calling is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
